Beyond the Abyss

It feels so weird to say this,

But there lies a light beyond the abyss.

The clouds of darkness you face

Wil soon vanish without a trace.

This world so small

Is like the wall so tall.

But hope is like a manual

On how to turn it into a mall.

I am mustering up the courage to say this,

But there lies a light beyond the abyss.

The voices of hope

Shall reply to the negativity with a “nope”.

To the ones who let me down-

I feel no pain.

I am on the throne wearing a crown

With no regrets on whom I've slain.

I feel it's right to say this,

But there lies a light beyond the abyss.

This voice of mine

Will turn even the time.

I am now walking on a new path

Which no one can see,

I am not a psychopath

For I know what I dream.

With courage I say this,

But there lies a light beyond the abyss.

Hope is the thing with feathers,

I shall break the darkness into tethers.
